The MOMco Kids ministry contributes to meeting the needs of children, as well as the needs of their moms.
The MOMco Kids ministry provides a caring atmosphere for children which: Provides loving, quality care for each child. Mothers are most vulnerable when their children are concerned, so this care is an excellent witness of Christ’s love.
MOMco Kids workers are committed to the importance of providing quality child care for the MOMco program. They may be women, men or teenagers that have submitted a background check. MOMco Kids workers demonstrate a love for young children and an understanding of their eternal worth.
Babies 0 to 6 months may remain with their mothers during the meeting, but we ask that unless they are being nursed, children older than 6 months remain in their classrooms during the MOPS meeting. The children will be placed into classrooms based on age appropriateness and will stay in that location throughout the year. Staying in the same classroom for the entire MOMco year provides consistency so your child can get used to their teachers, friends, and classrooms. Exceptions will be made if needed.
MOMco Kids Rules:
Please do not drop off your child before 9:15 am (morning group) or 5:50pm (evening group)
Child Tags and Allergy Stickers must be worn at all times.
Please verbally communicate special needs with the Lead Teacher even if it’s written on the tag.
Please do not bring any child other than your own without permission from the MOMco Kids Leader.
Please use disposable diapers.
Please bring leak-proof sippy cups containing water or clear juice only.
